While you control "Toon World" and your opponent controls no Toon monsters, this card can attack your opponent directly. This card gains 500 ATK for each "Toon" card or "Manga Ryu-Ran" on the field. Once per turn: You can banish 1 "Toon" card or "Manga Ryu-Ran" from your Graveyard, then target 1 Toon monster in your Graveyard, except "Toon Vennominaga"; Special Summon it, ignoring the Summoning conditions.
