Yogg-Saron
As an avid World of Warcraft fan and player it pleased me to see the full uncovering of the artwork of the Old God N'Zoth today on Twitter. So being a huge WoW fan and a Yu-Gi-Oh! fan, I combined the two in a Ritual Card. The Ritual Card that will bring a soft halt to the Duel. N'Zoth - The World's Nightmare [spoiler=Lore]This card is also treated as a WATER monster. This monster can only be Ritual Summoned with the Ritual Spell Card, "Waking of the Nightmare". Must be Ritual Summoned without using any Level 12 monsters, and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. After this card is Ritual Summoned, skip your opponent's next turn's Draw Phase. Once per turn, during either player's turn, when your opponent would Summon a monster(s), OR activates a Spell Card, Trap Card, or monster effect: You can send 1 DARK or WATER monster from your hand to the Graveyard; negate the Special Summon or activation, and if you do, destroy that card. During the End Phase of the turn that this card was Special Summoned, discard all the cards in your hand.. You can only Special Summon "N'Zoth - The World Breaker" once per Duel. And the Ritual Spell Card that summons this behemoth: Waking of the Nightmare [spoiler=Lore]This card is used to Ritual Summon "N'Zoth - The World's Nightmare". You must also Tribute DARK or WATER monsters from your hand or field, and/or banish DARK or WATER monsters from your Graveyard, whose total Levels equal 12 or more. As I posted this I thought I may have gone a little over my head in the terms of power this guy has. Although it has a lot of power there are some caveats to try to tame it. For one, you can't just use another one of these as the cost for the Ritual Spell card as the Monster Card states it can't be summoned with a Level 12 monster that was tributed. Another obstacle I tried to put is the effect of discarding your entire hand during your End Phase. While this may bump Dark World up A LOT, you are still left with a semi-empty hand (depending on if you discarded any Broww(s)) Also if your opponent has more than two outs to this card, it is just dead. But they must have those outs in their hand already ;), The once per Duel clause was added so you could not do any psuedo Yata-Locks. Hope everyone N'Joys it!
