I found this idea seen in my house the moon, look like a crucifice.

So im doing a Set of 30 cards or more of Moon cards

There i show you the ones i have now

I don't understand the effect.

I think the effect meant was

"FLIP: Add 5 cards with "Moon" in thier name from your Deck to your hand and you may also activate the effects of 3 of those cards. After this card's effect is activated it is removed from play."

Moon Crucifice

This card can only be equipped to a Spellcaster-Type monster. During the turn this card is activated, the equipped monster gains 2000 ATK and DEF. The 1st turn after this card is activated, decrease the ATK and DEF of the monster 2000. You cannot attack, be attacked, or activate the effect of the equipped monster. The 2nd turn after this card is activated, the equipped monster's ATK is doubled and it can attack directly. The 3rd turn after this card is activated, the equipped monster loses 1.5 ATK and you lose Life Points equal to the original ATK of the equipped monster.
