Once per turn you may detach 1 XYZ material from this monster: Special summon it on the field. Any monster summoned by this effect is destroyed during the end phase of the turn this effect was activated.

 

You'll have to elaborate better.

Does the card SS itself? Otherwise, it it targets any other monster in the Graveyard, this card gets dangerous. You can continuously use the Level 7 used as Xyz Material and SS 3 copies of this card.

Give me a sec; I'll re-write the effect so it's easier to understand.

You need to add that OPT clause in for the optional Summoning effect, or otherwise you can swarm 3 copies. Everything else is fine though, because it only supports in getting another Fire King on the field. You have the optional buff for this card, since I believe that just having protection during the Standby Phase is rather weak.

 

I would recommend editing so that the detach effect allows the SS of any Fire-Type monster in the Graveyard.

Thank you for the errata-edit and thank you for that suggested effect. The original intention was to summon any level 4 Fire King and destroy them though its effect so I could activate their effects. With your suggestion, I can now cut out the middle man and directly summon a Garunix. Being immune to destruction during the End Phase keeps it from getting destroyed by Garunix's effect, in preparation for an OTK. I added it to remove 2 materials instead for balancing purposes.

Wait... but that means its first effect to Xyz Summon with a Level 7 FIRE monster would be pointless, since you would only get 1 Xyz Material. D=

 

Just keep it as detach 1 for any fire monster. Also, it's supposed to be "Special Summon 1 FIRE" not "Special Summon any FIRE", but that's rather minor.

 

Trust me, looking at the current meta, it wouldn't be a crime to detach 1 and SS any FIRE monster in your Graveyard. There's nothing that can abuse this card, to be honest.
