It is not destroyed. This effect of "Vylon Rhomubus" can only be used once while this card is face-up. "Vylon" monsters Summoned from the Extra Deck cannot be targeted by your opponent's card effects. ME: When this card is Summoned, you can add 1 "Vylon" monster and 1 "Vylon" Spell Card from your Deck or Graveyard to your hand.
