Eh, direct WATER support, but the NS effect can be rather useful as well. CnC please.

 

 

Effect:

 

When this card is Normal Summoned, and if you control no other monsters: You can target 1 Spell/Trap Card on the field; destroy it, and if you do, Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower WATER monster from your hand. If this card is Special Summoned, and all monsters you control are WATER monsters: You can target 1 monster on the field; destroy it. You can only use each effect of "Blizzard Wyvern" once per turn.

Shaddoll drag eff on Summon to pop S/T if it's the only monster, and the carrying of a Level 4 or lower water is trying to go for a R4 Xyz or Synchro.

 

Second eff helps the first as 2 copies leads your opponent to -2 from 1 s/t and 1 monster. 

 

Seems kind of like Myrmeleo with the second eff tbh, except more restricted to waters for the monster pop. 

 

Good with sharks for sure, and maybe atlantean mermails as well.

This card was also supposed to work pretty well as a generic at first. Then, thinking about it further, I thought it might have been a little too powerful to not have some type of limitation on it for the destruction effects. This is why I added that mandatory Summon for the optional S/T destruction.

 

I'm still not sure if i had done anything wrong though. Nobody else wants to give me reviews. ;_;
