While this card is in face-up Defense position: All face-up non Plant-type monsters in Attack position lose 300 ATK x their Level/Rank. If a monster on the field has an ATK of 500 or below: Return that monster to its owners hand.  If this card is targeted for an attack:  Return it to the Extra Deck; Special Summon 1 Level 2 Plant-type monster from your Graveyard.

I'm gonna point out that a lot of the good plant types have very low attack, and especially the low level ones, so while this is out, you cant really make too many more synchros. Perhaps make the bounce effect only affect monster affected by its effect, ala Venom Swamp? The effect only applying while in defense make sit a lot weaker, for sure, but I'm sure there's ways to play around it.
