[spoiler=Design Notes] I wanted something similar to the extent of Mystic Refpanel... Only it is more flexible with a cost. But, the wording itself maybe too vague... Nonetheless, I will give you guys the gist of the idea so that maybe we can see a more fitting wording if there needs to be any. So this thing is suppose to be able to do things like... Redirect things that target. For example, you can choose what your opponent Twin Twister targets (best case scenario: their own S/T). Also, note when the card gives the player the option to target up to a number of things... You can pick that as well. It also allows you to do declarations of card names, types, attributes, etc for their cards that do so. For example, you can make your opponent's Mind Crush declare an incorrect name and force them to discard. Another thing is that it also can give you the option to make your opponent add cards that they don't need by their card effects. For example, when they activate Tenki you chain this: you look through their deck and decide what Beast-Warrior they get instead. Clearly you meant to target my 0 ATK monster with that"Altough I do have a question,if the opponent activates something like Rank-Up-Magic Astral Force do you get to chose an appropriate higher Rank monster from their Extra-Deck?
