Illian, Valkyrie of Hope / Pray of Hope

So another generic Ritual for the party.

I still think Konami is being way too mild with their rituals (although I'm thankful they are still doing some), so this one tries a different take on it (for more efficiency).

Level 8 - LIGHT - Fairy/Ritual/Effect - 2800/3000

You can Ritual Summon this card with "Pray of Hope". Once per turn, during either player's turn, when a monster effect is activated: You can banish LIGHT monsters from your Graveyard, whose total Levels equal the Levels of that monster or more; negate the activation, and if you do, banish that monster. When this card is destroyed by battle or when this card you control is destroyed by an opponent's card effect: Target 1 of your banished LIGHT monsters; Special Summon it.

 

Spell/Ritual

This card is used to Ritual Summon "Illian, Valkyrie of Hope". You must also tribute monsters from your hand or field, and/or if you control no other cards and have 2 or less cards in your hand, banish LIGHT monsters from your Graveyard, whose total Levels equal 8 or more. You can only activate 1 "Pray of Hope" per turn.

 

 

 

This time I went for a route I'm fearing it may even be a but too strong, but I really want to imagine generic Rituals being something actually viable. Its not like I had Lightsworm in mid when making this or something, but of course they can benefit from it quite a bit and its probably the deck I imagine using it to great efficiency.

The fact this synergizes with the Cyber Angels is also like, pure coincidence...really.
