Maybe a bit overpowered. You pay 500 Life Points then you get a 2400 beatstick that kills your opponent's cards.

 

The art is a little confusing. But decent I guess.

Overpowered. We already have Treeborn, getting 2 monsters in your standby phase would be overpowered, not to mention getting the effects of CoSR and stuff like that. And the card doesn't need to say "1 per deck", just add as a note "this card would be limited if it were real".
