Guest BGMCANN0N
Nebula Starforge Dragon✪✪✪✪✪✪✪✪ (Lv 8)LIGHT[Wyrm/Synchro/Effect]ATK/ ? DEF/01 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner LIGHT monstersThe ATK of this card is the combined Levels/Ranks of all face-up monsters on the field X 300. Once per turn, during either player's turn: You can target 1 face-up monster on the field; increase it's Level/Rank by 1. During your Standby Phase, while this card is the Graveyard: You can decrease the Levels/Ranks of monsters from anywhere on the field by a sum of exactly 8; Special Summon this card, and if you do, banish it when it leaves the field. [spoiler=Concept]So I made the idea solely reflect on nebulas ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nebula )where they make stars, and stars in Yugioh tend to translate as Levels or Ranks due to their appearance on the monster card. The effect of increasing Levels is basically how I portrayed it. [spoiler=Tip][http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Dreamland"'>http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Dreamland [spoiler='Editing History]Fixed a lot of capital mistakes on OCG Grammar, made it have less ATK per Level/ Rank than my initial x 400, changed a part of its name (being Star-Form to Starforge because of Star Eater's OCG name), and made it not change its Level upon the effect of Special Summoning itself from the grave. Lastly, made it less generic in realization of how controlling it can be on its own.
Yuuji Kazami
Isn't this card a little too overpowered with the ATK gain? I mean, it's a Level 8 generic with 3200 ATK already when it is face-up on the field by itself. Not only that, it can also manipulate Level/Ranks by 1 once per turn (quick effect) so it can be a potential 3600 hitter just by itself on the field, then 4000 during your opponent's turn when it can also disrupt Xyz/Synchro Summons. Not only that, it has a revival effect (Which isn't too worrying as it occurs at the Standby Phase, but it can help if you've already have face-up monsters on the field). Personally, it's better to just use COTH on it as opposed to using its own effect to bring it back and rely on Imperial Iron Wall so you can just keep repeating the process. I think it's best if you change the stat gain to 300, and maybe some other minor nerf by adding a cost or something for an effect?
