TF2_The_Scout
Phantom Dogoran, the Poltergeist KaijuLevel 10DARKDinosaur/EffectATK: 3000 DEF: 1900 Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. Can only be Summoned by its own effect and no other ways. If a "Kaiju" monster you control is destroyed, except "Phantom Dogoran, the Poltergeist Kaiju", you can remove 3 Kaiju Counters from anywhere on the field; Special Summon this card(from your Hand or Graveyard). Your opponent may not activate card effects in response to this card's summon. You can only control 1 "Kaiju" monster. Cannot be targeted by card effects. Once per turn: You can remove 3 Kaiju Counters from a anywhere on the field; Double this card's ATK until the end of your opponent's next turn. Grand Magus
Just want to point out that this card's summon cannot be negated because it's being summoned by an effect. You'd need to make it an inherent summon (hate calling it that) or change "This card's summon cannot be negated." to "Your opponent cannot activate cards or effects in response to this effect's activation." Do Kaiju really need another 3300 beater? Being unaffected by card effects is fine, since it can't summon itself, or be summoned by Interrupted Kaiju Slumber/The Kaiju Files. What I really dislike about is that it can become a 6600+ beater (because the ATK gain is permanent) that's unaffected by card effects. Outside of decks that run Honest, nothing can out this. The Lightning only goes up to 5000, Magnus can't spin it. Your opponent can't even tribute it for a Kaiju. The only option would be to get rid of Kyoutou Waterfront with something like Castel or Cosmic Cyclone. I think you should lower the atk, and remove the effect to double it's ATK. Another fix would be to have it remove Kaiju Counters to make itself unaffected as a Quick effect. It makes it a lot easier to play around. Flavorwise, it makes no sense for it to double it's ATK. I understand being unaffected by card effects, since poltergeists are a type of ghost and ghosts are intangible, but doulbing it's ATK? I just don't see how it fits. Also, wouldn't Zombie be a better type for it? Anyway, just my thoughts.

I keep forgetting that part.
Grand Magus
I changed the effect to only not being targeted by card effects. Also, the ATK double being permeant was a mistake on my part. I keep forgetting that part. Alot more manageble now. Still think you should lower its ATK, maybe to 3000 to match Dogoran. Still forgot to change the first part. You can't negate the summon a monster that is being summoned by a card effect.
