Somewhat meaner, but less practical than Appropriate http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Appropriate...Only because you are giving your opponent the option NOT to do something they would regret once you chained this the 1st time... Whereas with Appropriate gives you the draws when you would use cards that would force them to draw.

 

The best use I see with this at the moment though is to pretty much stunt the draw engine variants of Exodia. Anything else that isn't so single track would most likely find other options to get around not drawing for awhile until they get rid of it.

 

Also, don't want to be a correction jerk but: " Sleight of Hand" is probably what you are going for in terms of the name.
