Escape of the Elements is way too powerful in my opinion (it needs ATK or Level limitations or something - otherwise you can bring out a fatty monster by tributing a piece of rubbish, or better still, take control of an opponents monster...!) The grammar on Infinite Database Planet is very confusing to me - are you basically saying that when you draw a card outside of your draw phase you can _choose_ the card?
