Heres the effect's:

 

This Monster has 5 Effects(you can only use each of them one a turn):

1) Not Effected by Magic, Traps, or monsters

2)you have to special summon this monster by discarding half of your opponents deck

3)your opponent has to pay half of their life points and discard their whole hand and discard their traps and magic cards in the spell/trap area

4)you can take as many cards from your deck and insert it into your hand

5)see everything that your opponent has(that means deck, hand, and on the field.
