Creeping Dispair

During your opponent's Main Phase 2: You can pay 500 LP to target 1 monster your opponent controls or Special Summon 1 "Despair Token" (Fiend-Type/Dark/Level 2/ATK 1200/DEF 0) to your opponent's side of the field. Monsters that were targeted or Special Summoned by the effect of this card cannot be Tributed, cannot be used as a Fusion, Synchro or Xyz Material for a Summon, cannot be destroyed by battle, are unaffected by other card effects and lose 200 ATK during each player's Standby Phase (even if this card leaves the field). If all monsters your opponent controls were targeted or Special Summoned by this effect: Monsters you control can attack your opponent directly, but any battle damage they inflict is halved. During your Standby Phase: You can pay 500 LP to set this card to your side of the field. You can only use each effect of "Creeping Despair" once per turn.
