I really like ZaKingu when he does stuff like synchro using 2 tuners ("double tuning" in the anime). And why we only have one card that have that? Its not enough so here's one.

2 Tuners + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters

When this card is Synchro Summoned: The ATK and DEF of all other monsters on the field is halved. During the turn this card is Synchro Summoned, other monsters you control cannot attack, also this card can attack all monsters your opponent controls once each. Once per turn, during either player's turn, when a card or effect is activated that targets a card(s) you control: You can negate the effect, and if you do, this card gains 1000 ATK and DEF until the end of this turn.
