You can only activate this card If there are 8 or more cards on both player's fields, all of which share their name with another one card and neither player controls 2 or more cards with the same name; destroy all other cards on the field (if any) and if you do; Both players LPs become the total combined LP of both players, Both players discard their entire hand and add 6 cards from their Deck to their Hand, Both players can perform an additional Normal Summon in addition to their Normal Summon/Set and neither player takes damage until the end of the opponent's next turn.

You can only activate 1 "Perfect Mirror" once per duel.
