This card's name is treated as "Time Magician" while face-up on the field. You can only actiivate each effect of "Clockwork Time Magician" once per turn. (1) If you control a face-up "Baby Dragon": You can Special Summon this card from your hand. (2) During your main Phase 1: You can roll a six sided die:

On a result 1, 3 or 5: Target 1 "Baby Dragon" you control: Increase that target's level by 3, also this card's level becomes the same as the targeted monster.

On a result 2 or 4: The ATK of all face-up attack position monsters your opponent controls, becomes 0, also if you control a face-up "Baby Dragon" you can Fusion Summon a "Thousand Dragon" from your Extra Deck using both this card and a face-up "Baby Dragon you control as Fusion Materials.

On a result 6: Your turn ends
