I love Shoot 'em Up games. I really do (that's the reason I always play Yu-Gi-Oh! with a "Gradius" themed Deck). So I just had this idea to turn some non-Konami Shmups into YGO cards.

 

Well then... Can someone take a look on these cards and tell me if I did alright? (Take your time to guess which games these cards came from. xD)

NAME: R-Type Model 9

LEVEL: 4

ATK: 1200/DEF: 300

Machine/Effect: If you did not declared an attack with this card, place 1 "Cannon Counter" (max. 2) on it during your End Phase. This card gains 400ATK for each "Cannon Counter" on it. If this card attacks or is attacked, remove all "Cannon Counters" from it after Damage Calculation.

NAME: Standard Force Pod

SPELL TYPE: Equip Spell

Effect: This card can only be equipped on "R-Type Model 9". The equipped "R-Type Model 9" cannot be destroyed by your opponent's card effects. During your Main Phase, you can unequip this card to Special Summon it in Atttack Position; it is treated as an Effect Monster (Machine-Type/LIGHT/Level 2/1300ATK/500DEF). It cannot be destroyed by battle and you take no damage from battles involving this card (This card is still treated as a Spell Card). If there's no "R-Type Model 9" on your side of field, destroy this card.

NAME: TP-2 POW Armor

LEVEL: 3

ATK: 100/DEF: 100

Machine/Effect: If this card is destroyed by battle and sent to the Graveyard: Activate 1 of these effects.

* Add 1 "Standard Force Pod" from your Deck or Graveyard to your hand.

* Select 1 monster on your side of field. It gains 400ATK.

* Special Summon 1 "Bit Device Token" (Machine-Type/LIGHT/Level 2/1300ATK/500DEF). This Token cannot be destroyed by battle (Damage Calculation is applied normally).

NAME: Dobkeratops

LEVEL: 6

ATK: 2300/DEF: 1400

Fiend/Effect: You can discard 1 card from your hand to Special Summon this card from your Graveyard. This card cannot attack on the same turn that this effect was activated. If this card attacks or is attacked by a "R-Type Model 9" with 2 "Cannon Counters" on it, destroy this card after Damage Calculation.

NAME: Lightspeed Support

SPELL TYPE: Quick-Play Spell

Effect: Activate only if you have "R-Type Model 9" or "Victory Viper XX03" face-up on your side of field. Return 1 "R-Type Model 9" or "Victory Viper XX03" from your side of field to your Deck. Special Summon 1 "R-Type Model 9" or "Victory Viper XX03" from your deck to your side of field. Add 1 "Standard Force Pod" or "Power Capsule" from your Deck or Graveyard to your hand.

NAME: Thunder Blade

LEVEL: 4

ATK: 1000/DEF: 1000

Machine/Effect: If you control no monsters, you can Special Summon this card from your hand. Once per turn, during your Main Phase, you can toss a coin and call it. If you call it right, Machine-Type monsters you control with 1500 or less ATK cannot be destroyed by Spell/Trap effects until your next Standby Phase.

NAME: Air-to-Surface Missile

SPELL TYPE: Quick-Play Spell

Effect: Activate only if you have "Thunder Blade" face-up on your side of field. Target 1 card on the field; destroy it.

NAME: Remiel G3 Space Defender

LEVEL: 4

ATK: 1200/DEF: 700

Machine/Description: Also known as "The Meteor Shield", this state-of-the-art combat spaceship is the last word on defense operations.

NAME: Space Impact

TRAP TYPE: Normal Trap

Effect: When a "Remiel G3 Space Defender" you control is targeted for an attack: Destroy all face up cards your opponent controls.

NAME: Cyber Police E-SWAT

LEVEL: 4

ATK: 500/DEF: 1900

Warrior/Effect: You can Special Summon this card from your hand. If you do, this card cannot attack this turn. Once per turn: If this card would be destroyed by battle, it is not destroyed (Damage Calculation is applied normally), but its DEF becomes 0(Zero). During your Battle Phase, you can switch the ATK and DEF of this card until the end of turn.

NAME: RECCA Space Destroyer

LEVEL: 4

ATK: 1200/DEF: 900

Machine/Effect: If you did not declared an attack with this card, place 1 "Bomb Counter" (max. 6) on it during your End Phase. During your Standby Phase, if this card has 6 "Bomb Counters", you can remove all counters from this card to destroy all cards your opponent controls. If this card attacks, remove all "Bomb Counters" from it after Damage Calculation.
