Field Spell

Whenever a card is sent to the Graveyard; Place 1 "Soul" counter on this card. Once per turn, during the Main Phase: The turn player can activate 1 of these effects;

-If there are at least 3 "Soul" counters on the field: Remove 2 "Soul" counters (from anywhere); Draw 1 card.

-If there are at least 5 "Soul" counters on the field: Remove 4 "Soul" counters (from anywhere); Banish 1 monster on the field.

-If there are at least 7 "Soul" counters on the field: The turn player must show their hand until the End Phase.

-If there are at least 15 "Soul" counters on the field: Remove all "Soul" counters on the field and banish all cards on the field and Graveyard; Both players can Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower monster from their Deck.

 

I was really bored and I haven't made a custom card in a very long time. Effects 3 and 4 are impractical really and would have no use in the current meta really. P.S. I stopped keeping up with Yu-Gi-Oh after SHIV. Also excuse my mistakes in punctuation.
