"During your Standby Phase; add this card from a Graveyard, Deck, banish zone, card binder, card packs, opponent's Deck, oblivion, white hole, or an atom. Whenever your opponent draws a card; banish your opponents whole Deck, then it becomes their draw phase. Your opponent cannot play Yu-Gi-Oh. When you opponent tries to Yu-Gi-Oh, apply one of these effects;

- Special Summon 1 "Obelisk the Tormentor", "Slifer the Sky Dragon", and "The Winged Dragon of Ra" ignoring their Summoning conditions. All of their ATK is equal to the number of cards in the world x∞. They are unaffected by battle, card effects, ban list, card text, and everything. 

- Inflict 666 damage for every card in the world, including fake cards.

- Target up to 60 cards in your opponents Deck, Graveyard, banish zone, field, or hand; take those cards, and keep them for yourself.

This card is unaffected by card effects, banlists, and hate. This cards Summon cannot be negated."

This is the grade I give for this: 20/10. It is searchable with One for One and Where Arf Thou? and gives a chance to Gods become a thing since it makes them unaffected from everything, even from the banlist. But you can still negate the summon of "Konami's Banlist" with Warning etc. Put an "The summon of this card cannot be negated." to make it as overpowered as possible. Also i like the new "Unfair" Type. ^__^
