If you control no cards, you can Special Summon this card from your hand or Graveyard. The Summon of this card cannot be negated. When this card is Special Summoned, you can banish up to 5 cards your opponent controls, and if you do, the cards that were banished by this effect become Forbidden and they cannot be used in a Duel until the next update of the Forbidden & Limited Lists, also, after that, banish this card.
