Please let me know what you think of the support I design!

 

 

Elemental HERO Neo-Warrior

Level 7 LIGHT Warrior Effect Monster

ATK/2500 DEF/2000

This card's name is also treated as "Elemental HERO Neos in the hand, field, or Graveyard". If you control "Neo Space", you can Special Summon this card from your hand. Once per turn, you can Special Summon 1 "Neo-Spacial" from your hand or Graveyard. You can only Special Summon Fusion monsters from your Extra Deck the turn you activate this effect.

 

Grand Neo Space

Field Spell Card

(This card is always treated as "Neo Space)

All "Neos", "Neo Space", and "Neo-Spacian" Monsters gain 700 ATK. Once per turn.f a monster is returned from your field to the Deck, you can Special Summon a "Elemental HERO Neos" and a "Neo-Spacian" monster from your hand, Deck, or Graveyard. During your opponent turn, you can Special Summon a Fusion monster that requires "Elemental HERO Neos" as material by sending monsters from your field to the Graveyard that are listen as requirements for it's summon. That monster cannot be targeted by your opponent's card effects until the end of your next turn.

 

Elemental HERO Twinkle Neos

Fusion/Warrior/Effect Level 8 LIGHT Monster

Elemental HERO Neos + Neo-Spacian Twinkle Moss

ATK/2500 DEF/2000

When this card attacks or is attacked, you can draw 1 card, reveal it, and then apply the appropriate effect depending on the type of card. Monster: This card gains 500 ATK and your opponent's monsters cannot activate their effects until the end of the Battle Phase. Spell: This card can attack all monsters your opponent controls. Trap: This card is unaffected by your opponent's card effects until the end of the Damage Step.

 

Neo-Spacian Inferno Scarab

Fusion/Insect/Effect Level 4 FIRE Monster

Atk/1800 DEF/1800

(This card's name is also treated as "Neo-Spacian Flare Scarab") This card must be Special Summoned by the effect of "NEX" and cannot be Summoned by other ways. Once per turn, you can target a face-up Spell/Trap card on the field; return it to the hand. This card gains 1000 ATK for each card returned to the hand by this effect. Card effects cannot be activated in response to this effect.

 

Elemental HERO Inferno Neos

Fusion/Warrior/Effect Level 8 FIRE Monster

ATK/2800 DEF/2300

"Elemental HERO Neos" + "Neo-Spacian Inferno Scarab"

Must be Special Summoned by shuffling the above cards you control into the Deck. (You do not use Polymerization) Once per turn, you can target up to 2 Spell/Trap cards on the field; return them to the Deck. This card gains 500 ATK for each card returned to the Deck by this effect. Card effects cannot be activated in response to this effect.

 

Neo-Spacian Soaring Hummingbird

Fusion/Winged-Beast/Effect Level 4 WIND Monster

ATK/1800 DEF/1600

(This card's name is also treated as "Neo-Spacian Air Hummingbird") Must be Special Summoned by the effect of "NEX" and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. Once per turn, you can gain 1000 LP for each card in your opponent's hand.

 

Elemental HERO Soaring Neos

Fusion/Warrior/Effect Level 8 WIND Monster

ATK/2800 DEF/2300

"Elemental HERO Neos" + "Neo-Spacian Soaring Hummingbird"

Must be Special Summoned by shuffling the above cards you control into the Deck. (You do not use Polymerization) Once per turn, you can gain 1000 LP for each card in your Opponent's hand then, inflict damage to your Opponent equal to the LP you gained. 

 

Neo-Spacian Giga Mole

Fusion/Rock/Effect Level 4 EARTH Monster

ATK/1900 DEF/1300

(This card's name is also treated as "Neo-Spacian Grand Mole) Must be Special Summoned by the effect of "NEX" and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. At the start of the Damage Step, if this card battles an opponent's monster; You can return that monster to the hand (without damage calculations). This effect can only be used once per turn.

 

Elemental HERO Giga Neos

Fusion/Warrior/Effect Level 8 EARTH Monster

ATK/2800 DEF/2300

"Elemental HERO Neos" + "Neo-Spacian Giga Mole"

Must be Special Summoned by shuffling the above cards you control into the Deck. (You do not use Polymerization) At the start of the Damage Step, if this card battles an opponent's monster; shuffle that monster into the Deck. This effect can only be used once per turn.

 

Neo-Spacian Void Panther

Fusion/Beast/Effect Level 4 DARK Monster

ATK/2000 DEF/1500

(This card's name is also treated as "Neo-Spacian Dark Panther") Must be Special Summoned by the effect of "NEX" and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. Once per turn, you can send a monster your Opponent controls to the Graveyard; until the End Phase, while you control this face-up card, this card's name and effect become those of the sent monster.

 

Elemental HERO Void Neos

Fusion/Warrior/Effect Level 8 DARK Monster

ATK/2800 DEF/2300

"Elemental HERO Neos" + "Neo-Spacian Void Panther"

Must be Special Summoned by shuffling the above cards you control into the Deck. (You do not use Polymerization) Once per turn, you can banish a face-up monster your Opponent controls; until the End Phase, while you control this face-up card, this card's name and effect become those of the sent monster.

 

Neo-Spacian Origin Species

Fusion/Wyrm/Effect Level 8 LIGHT Monster

ATK/2500 DEF/2000

"5 Neo-Spacian monsters"

Must be Special Summoned by shuffling the above cards you control into the Deck from the field or Graveyard. (You do not use Polymerization) While you control "Neo Space" this card is unaffected by your Opponent's card effects. Once per turn, if you do not control a face-up "Elemental HERO Neos", you can Special Summon a "Elemental HERO Neos" from your hand, Deck, or Graveyard.

 

 

Return to Neo Space

Continuous Spell Card

When this card is activated; add 1 "Neo" card from your Deck to your hand except "Return to Neo Space". When a "Neos" or "Neo-Spacian" is Summoned; you can Special Summon 1 "Neos" from your Graveyard and then, you can destroy 1 card on the field. You can only activate the effect of "Return to Neo Space" once per turn.

 

The NEX Step

Quickplay Spell Card

When a "Neo-Spacian" monster is returned to the Extra Deck, Special Summon a "Neo-Spacial" monster from your Extra Deck with a different name, ignoring it's summoning conditions. You can only activate "The NEX Step" once per turn. 

 

Neo-Spaceship

Continuos Spell Card

You can add 1 "Neo-Spacian" monster from your Deck to your hand. If you control only "Neo" monsters, you can Special Summon 1 "Neo-Spacian" from your hand. You can only activate 1 effect of "Neo-Spaceship" once per turn.

Overall ok but what I think could be improved i really have to go on a card by card basis:

 

  1. Elemental HERO Neo-warrior - When it says "This card's name is also treated as "Elemental HERO Neos", clarify if that means always, while its face up, while on the field and in the grave, etc. But otherwise good improvement on Neos!
  2. Grand Neo Space - It would be a well designed card except you overlooked the only reason "Neo Space" is even a card, to keep the original Non "Nex" Neos fusions on the field. maybe replace the effect to fusion summon a news monster during your opponents turn (which with contact fusion you almost never need to fuse on your opponents turn, only possibly defuse) with the staying effect of the original "Neo Space"
  3. Twinkle Neos - Great card and balanced, don't change a thing
  4. Inferno Scarab - Ok but, just a suggestion, maybe include that "Your opponent cannot activate spell/trap effects in response to this cards effect" just considering the somewhat steep summoning cost.
  5. Inferno Neos - Same notes as for Inferno Scarab
  6. Soaring Hummingbird - Great card and logical design, don't change a thing
  7. Soaring Neos - It's a fine card, though i have a feeling that it's kinda underwhelming but I don't quite know how to fix it.
  8. The NEX Step - OK card, don't change a thing

The only general things I have to add is when you have the time create the NEX versions/fusions for Grand Mole and Dark Panther (equal love for the whole family :) ) and try to think of some ways that you can recycle/search for NEX if this were to become a deck/archtype. But its a great start!

I fixed the cards with the suggestions you gave me and also added a few more cards to the archetype!
