Monarch King
DARK, Warrior/EffectLevel 4, ATK 1400, DEF 1200 If this card is Special Summoned: You can send 1 "Destiny HERO" monster from your hand or Deck to the Graveyard. If this card is sent to the Graveyard: You can add 1 "Destiny HERO" monster from your Deck to your hand. You can only use 1 "Elemental HERO Destiny" effect per turn, and only once that turn. Libracor
I can't see why sending a d-hero to the grave is support. Do d-heros have graveyard support, or does this strategy assume the use of monster reborn, etc.? I would make the second effect to summon from the graveyard rather than search. Otherwise, cool concept. Also, without other cross-archetype supporters, this card would only be marginally useful for competitive play.

About the 2nd eff, perhaps you have a Destiny Draw in your hand and you have no Destiny HERO monsters in your hand, so the adding is useful in that case, or adding Decisionguy (another new one) etc. or even Plasma
