Toot asks a dumb obvious question that must belong in miscellaneous

Bare with me. I know the following question is probably obvious and dumb as funk, but honestly, I'm not sure on the answer. Before any of you twats say "Google it", just know I didn't use Google yet on purpose. 

 

 

I'm making a game and I want to use David Bowie's Blackstar in it. I'm hesitant on using it because of copyright sheet and what not. Would I have to appeal or pay the copyright holder to be able to use it? If that's not a thing, how would I be able to use it? 

 

 

sheet, I'm probably gonna end up making my own music, but I wanted some kind of clarification.
