Fallen Dark King (Trap monster concept)

Text: Activate this card by banishing two cards from your hand face-down and declaring a Type, Attribute, Level(max. 12), and Attack(max. level*250). Special Summon this card as an Effect Monster with the declared Type, Attribute, Level and Attack, allocate the unused Attack to this monster's defense, with this effect: Unaffected by other card effects, your opponent may not select this card as an attack target, but may still attack directly if this is the only monster you control. You may only control one "Fallen Dark King".  (This card is NOT treated as a trap card.) 

 

haven't made a card in a while so wording may be a bit off, however I think this card is balanced and could make for some interesting plays, or just be a quick xyz/synchro if you've bricked, and it would be possible to choose strange values such as 2730 or even 2733 for the attack as per card text, as you need to banish two cards from your hand face down, you would be unable to cheese any sort of effect such as fableds activating(if it would be discard) or necroface, etc, I've attempted to make it in a way that it can be splashed into pretty much any deck archetype for types/xyz/synchro while still being balanced by the fact it's a -2.

would it be more proper if:

 

Active only by banish 2 card from your hand face down and declare an Attribute, Type, and Level (Max: 12). Special Summon this card as Effect Monster (ATK ? /DEF ?) of that declared Attribute, Type, and Level (this is NOT treated as a Trap card). if summoned this way, this card is unaffected by card effect. this card cannot be targeted for attacks, but does not prevent your opponent from attacking you directly. This card original ATK and DEF equal to this card level x250. you can only control 1 "Fallen Dark King".

 

so its kinda gimmicky-and yet-flexible Earthbound immortals. the relatively heavy cost (banish 2, and cannot fend off direct attack) make it not suitable for long term usage.as per your intent, to be use as emergency material. which actually quite amazing if not for the slowness of it being a trap.
