The Frost King Posted August 29, 2016 Report Share Posted August 29, 2016 Fusion Tuning/Quick-Play Spell Card/Effect: Tribute 1 Synchro monster you control and if you do, Special Summon 1 Fusion monster from your Extra Deck (Ignoring its Summoning conditions) that is the same level as the Synchro monster.
