avariademon Posted April 17, 2008 Report Share Posted April 17, 2008 well there are a few problems i have, one its second effect of increase "when a monsters atk increases" triggers itself so if you increase a monsters atk its automatically increased by 400, if this was your plan then ok, if not you need to realise that it will happen, if it was your plan the limitation is a nessisary thing if not and you want it to be so its increase is only once per increase of a monsters atk then the limitation makes this card underpowered you must realise this monster is a special summon monster. you require another card altogeather just to summon it, we arnt even sure what this other card does, but even if it just states special summon the above card it still is harder to do and makes this cards power need less of a limit. a good example is magical merionette it gains 200 whenever a player activates a spell card, no limitations just that. i would say 8/10 but its underpowered and should probably be a bit more powerful Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
