elkepodoge Posted September 1, 2016 Report Share Posted September 1, 2016 Hey guys, here is one of the two rival archetypes i'm working in, I fixed the type problem that I had before and now it's all ok, so this is the Desert Assault, a group of warrior that use steam mechanism to conker they are numerous and destructive, it is said that they have never losed a war thaks to their secret weapon the invencible Goliath, a fortress conducted by their king that can destroy anything, but are they actually invencible? The deck play style is discarding and recycling cards (up to the point that this is the only way to summon the strongest monster on the archetype but you will see that later here), this deck also can nuke the back row but is less present than the other one. There is a lot of searching posibilities and with the tribute monster you can get kinda swarmy. The monsters: Desert Assault 0: Goliath (Sorry if is ilegible in the card, dont know how to fix it)3 level one Desert Assault.There can be only one "Desert Assault 0: Goliath" in the field.Can't attack or be attacked, while this card is in the field or graveyard it's immune to all effects of any trap, spell or monster. Detach one Xyz material from this card to destroy all cards in your opponent's field and he loses 200 life points for each card destroyed by this effect. In your turn you can attach one Desert Assault monster to this card as a Xyz material instead of summoning it. If this is the only monster in your field your opponent can attack you directly. This card can't be normal summoned or set. when this card is sent to the graveyard for the effect of other card all Desert Assault monsters on your field gain 800 attack points until the end phase. Discard this monster from your hand and the card at the top of your deck to destroy all spells and traps on your opponents field. Discard one card from your hand, and special summon one earth/machine monster level 5 or lower from your deck or graveyard. This card can use this effect while is both face up or face down. While this card is in the field in defense position each time you normal summon a Desert Assault monster you can special summon another one with the same name from your deck.While this card is in attack position in the field all Desert Assault monsters gain 500 attack points. This monster attacks causes piercing damage. Discard this card from your hand then choose 2 Desert Assault monsters from your deck or graveyard and add them to your hand. If this card is in the field you can discard the card on the top of your deck so your opponent can't use spells or traps during eather player battle phase for two turns. When this card attacks you can double it's attack during the damage step, if you do destroy this card at the end of the turn and search other Desert Assault monster from your deck and add it to your hand. banish one spell or trap card from your graveyard and destroy all spells and traps your opponent controls, you can't attack the turn you use this effect. When this card destroys a monster you can choose one Dessert Assault card from the graveyard and add it to your hand. This card can't be special summoned or set, this card can only be summoned by tributing two Dessert Assault monster,There can only be one "Desert Assault 11: Tandem" in the field.Discard one card from your hand to destroy one monster in the field, this card gain 500 attack paints for every time you use this effect. Spells and Traps: (Field spell)Once per turn discard one card to special summon one Dessert Assault monster level 4 or less from your deck or discard two to special summon a Dessert Assault monster level 4 or less from your graveyard. Discard one card to summon an Earth Machine monster from the graveyard. All Dessert Assault monster on the field gain 600 attack, pay 500 life points in each of your stan by phases or else destroy this card. Summon three level 1 machine monsters from your graveyard. Every time you discard cards from your hand or deck you can draw one card. If you have no monsters in the fiel and your opponent attacks discard one card and special summon two level 4 or less monsters from your deck or graveyard.
