This card's ATK/DEF are the number of Xyz Materials attached to this card x 100. Skip each of your Draw Phases while you control this face-up card. Once per turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card at random; add that Xyz Material to your hand. Twice per turn, this card cannot be destroyed by card effects. If this card leaves the field, shuffle 5 of the this card's Xyz Materials into your Deck.

I don't know how I feel about this. It's basically a 5400 beatstick (if you do it in the beginning with a 60 card deck) with a pretty decent protection to card effects where you, basically, can choose the card you draw sort of speak. Then when he leaves, u can add 5 cards to your deck which, by this time, it is late in the game, and you can choose the most vital cards you need to win, and you probably have your other best cards in your hand already.

 

Actually, you can summon Rainbow Neos super easily with this card (I still think it's the most OP card ever).

Fusion users and ritual users would definitely have this guy in their decks. Your deck doesn't even have to be consistent, just add random cards or even just a bunch of spells and traps. Have him be the only monster you have.

 

Combine that with the card Recycle:

 

During your Standby Phase, by paying 300 Life Points, select 1 non-Monster Card in your Graveyard and return it to the bottom of yourDeck.
 

and spell absorption

Spell absorption: Gain 500 LP per spell

 

and when he die, just resummon him by adding him back into the extra deck and do it all over again.

 

Basically, add some restrictions to this guy, Good idea, but needs some good restrictions.
