Personally, I would make it until the end of turn, like Effect Veiler's updated effect is. As useful as it is to negate effects, once the End Phase actually rolls around, everything automatically becomes viable again. I would also suggest adding a cost of some kind, so as to keep it balanced, as just flat-out negating everything for free, including Spells and Traps, is a little bit too powerful, even without the end of turn clause.
