Cannot be used as Xyz Material except for the Xyz Summon of an EARTH Machine-type monster. If this card attacks, it is changed to Defense Position at the end of the Battle Phase, and its battle position cannot be changed while it is face-up on the field. An Xyz Monster that was Summoned using this card as Xyz Material gains this effect:

•You can detach all Xyz Materials from this card, including at least 1 "Crash Conductor Casey"; Special Summon 1 Rank 10 Machine-Type monster with the same Attribute as this card from your Extra Deck, by using this card as the Xyz Material. (This Special Summon is treated as an Xyz Summon.)

Based on the famous conductor Casey Jones. Made to kinda tie Heavy-Armored Train Iron Wolf to Rank 10 trains. High attack with a drawback so it is a decent target for Iron Wolf's ability if you already have one out. Ability lets the train get rid of it to Xyz Evolve all the way to a Dora or Gustav Max but removes all materials (though you should probably use Iron Wolf's ability first which would leave it with just Casey to remove) so it only has 1 material instead of being able to have two. And I've checked, as of right now those are the only monsters this can evolve them to (which is actually a bit disappointing since I was hoping it could work for more than just trains).
