Various Neo Spacian support cards, predominantly NEX. (9/?)

A series of cards based around the NEX group of Neo-Spacian monsters.
 
The NEX Step
Spell Card
Send 1 face-up "Neo-Spacian" monster you control into the Deck. Special Summon 1 monster from your Extra Deck with the same Attribute, but 1 level higher. When this effect resolves, shuffle it into the Deck instead of sending it to the Graveyard.
 
Neo-Spacian Mega Mole
Level 4/EARTH
Rock/Fusion/Effect
Must first be Special Summoned by the effect of a "NEX" card. At the start of the Damage Step, if this card battles an opponent's monster: You can return this card and all monsters your opponent controls to the hand (without damage calculation). If this card leaves the field, you can add 1 "Neo-Spacian" monster and 1 "NEX" card from your Deck to your hand.

Neo-Spacian Burning Scarab
Level 4/FIRE
Insect/Fusion/Effect
Must first be Special Summoned by the effect of a "NEX" card. This card gains 300 ATK and DEF for each card on the field. If this card leaves the field, you can add 1 "Neo-Spacian" monster and 1 "NEX" card from your Deck to your hand.

Neo-Spacian Flight Hummingbird
Level 4/WIND
Winged Beast/Fusion/Effect
Must first be Special Summoned by the effect of a "NEX" card. Once per turn, you can gain 500 Life Points for each card on the field, then, if your opponent has 4 or more cards in their hand, you can draw 1 card. If this card leaves the field, you can add 1 "Neo-Spacian" monster and 1 "NEX" card from your Deck to your hand.

Neo-Spacian Shaded Panther
Level 4/Fusion/DARK
Beast/Effect
Must first be Special Summoned by the effect of a "NEX" card. Once per turn, during either player's turn, you can target 1 face-up monster your opponent controls: Take control of it until the End Phase. It cannot be used as a Fusion, Synchro, or XYZ material for a summon. If this card leaves the field, you can add 1 "Neo-Spacian" monster and 1 "NEX" card from your Deck to your hand.

Neo-Spacian Liquid Dolphin
Level 4/WATER
Warrior/Fusion/Effect
Must first be Special Summoned by the effect of a "NEX" card. Once per turn, during either player's turn, you can discard 1 card: look at your opponent's hand, and shuffle up to 2 card in it into the Deck. If this card leaves the field, you can add 1 "Neo-Spacian" monster and 1 "NEX" card from your Deck to your hand.

Neo-Spacian Flashing Moss
Level 4/Fusion/LIGHT
Plant/Effect
Must first be Special Summoned by the effect of a "NEX" card. This card can attack your opponent directly. If this card attacks or is attacked you can draw 1 card, then if it was a monster card, you can reveal it, then end the Battle Phase. If this card leaves the field, you can add 1 "Neo-Spacian" monster and 1 "NEX" card from your Deck to your hand.

Neos Nekzman
Level 4/LIGHT
Warrior/Effect
When this card is Normal Summoned, you can add 1 "Neo-Spacian" monster, Neos Monster, or Spell Card that lists "Neo-Spacian" in it's text. Once per turn, if you control a "Neo-Spacian" Monster, you can activate 1 "NEX" Spell Card directly from your Deck. You cannot Special Summon monsters the turn you activate this effect, besides "Neos" or "Neo-Spacian" monsters.

Neos Namechanjur

Level 4/LIGHT

Warrior/Effect

Once per turn, you can target 1 "Neo-Spacian" monster you control: Send 1 "Neo-Spacian" monster from your Deck to the graveyard, and if you do, the target's name is treated as the monster sent to the graveyard.

Since the original NEX only had 2 upgraded neo-spacians, it's good that all of them got upgrades here. 

 

The Nex Step and your new neo spacians are all straight up improvements on their original counterparts. It's also really good that they can add more neo-spacians from the deck when they leave the field (although they don't treat themselves as their counterparts, which means they can't be used to summon the Neos fusions. Also, they're all level 3 like the original neo-spacians, which means they can't be summoned by Nex's effect. You could either bump them up to level 4 (and summon rank 4s all day) or change "The NEX Step"'s summon condition to be the same as the original NEX, where you can special summon a monster with the same name as that neo-spacian from the extra deck, since Marine Dolphin and Twinkle Moss treat themselves as Aqua Dolphin and Glow Moss, respectively. This would then allow them to be make fusions and gain their effects once they were used as materials. 

 

Finally, are these meant to be fusion monsters? They're in the extra deck, but it's not quite clear from the description.

Oh jeez, that's a giant slipup on my part, thanks for pointing that out

 

Also I made them not being treated as their counterparts intentional, as it doesn't limit space in your regular deck. Would saying they're only treated as their counterparts in the Extra Deck be enough to make it so that you could, say, run 3 of both dolphins, or does there need to be some other wording in it?

The two TCG NEX cards, Marine Dolphin and Twinkle Moss, aren't very good. However, giving your cards a name-changing effect so that they could make the Neos fusions is the best way that they could leave the field to get more neo-spacians. They could be regular effect monsters and still work if you changed "The NEX STEP's" effect to summoning from the deck instead of the extra deck. Personally, I would choose all of these cards over the original neo-spacians except for maybe grand mole, so you could have these in 1, 2 or 3 and then 1 or 2 grand moles. It all depends on if you want them to be in the main or extra deck.
