An interesting card but it seems to be both overpowered and useless. Its overpowered if your going against someone who has a deck like Majespecters and its useless if your going against a deck like Cyber Dragons.

yeah, it's pretty clearly a side deck card.

Interesting. Like ASF, it's a floodgate that stops Pendulums. Unlike ASF, this is a monster that can be searched by things like Gear Gigant X, and it requires your Normal Summon.

 

Understandably, it's pretty strong, especially since it only works against one summoning type, and even still requires your normal summon + an empty scale. In a DARK-heavy deck, in a pendulum-heavy format, I wouldn't be surprised to see this maindecked if the deck can run 3 Allure.

 

I do wonder if the effect preventing it being destroyed by your own effects is a little too blanket, though? You probably just win right there, unless your opponent can somehow pull off a Castel..

 

I am not a master of this sort of balance, but I think it's neat. It would have been interesting to see a card like this from the Obelisk Force.
