The mechanic itself will probably help them enough, if I'm honest, hence why I went light on the Pendulum effects; they're there more for flavor than competitive reasoning. I also thought I'd chuck in a couple of spells, since Trains don't have a hell of a lot that they can call their own. That monster cannot be relocated from the Banished Zone this turn, also all Battle and Effect Damage your opponent takes is halved until the End Phase of the turn after this card was activated.
