(1) Once, during either player's turn, you can banish 1 Psychic-Type monster from your hand or Graveyard; this card's name becomes that monster's name and it gains that monster's effects until the End Phase. (2) If this card is sent from the field to the graveyard, you can Special Summon 1 Psychic-Type monster from your deck, ignoring it's summoning conditions. You can go Overdrive telporter, summon two guys, make this, then banish the Overdrive Teleporter, summon two more guys, make another Teleporter. Opens up alot of really cool possibilities for rank 6 plays (@Beatrice). However i think that the (1) effect should also be limited to once per turn as well, because you can easily synchro with this, summon a Teleporter from deck, then bring this guy back, banish something from grave again (Teleporter again?) possibly leading to some broken fields, being able to use Teleporter's effect multiple times in a turn. I see the concern but you're dropping 2k every time you Teleporter play, you also need an additional means to get this card off the field. You're limited by the means of payment but to make it a bit more fair I'd probably just add a restriction to weaken the powerful flood like effect.
