Effect: You can Special Summon this card (from your hand) to your opponent's side of the field in Attack Position, by tributing all monsters they control. If your opponent controls a "Kaiju" monster, you can Special Summon this card (from your hand) in Attack Position. You can only control 1 "Kaiju" monster. Once per turn: You can remove 3 Kaiju Counters from anywhere on the field: This card becomes unaffected by other card effects until the End Phase of your opponent's next turn, and if you do: Destroy 1 card on the field.

I'm uncertain about the summoning condition removing all monsters your opponent controls without destroying them. It essentially is Raigeki, except more brainless because in the most popular Kaiju build, Yokaiju, you can clear your opponent's entire board then return it to hand with Kama 1 then have a cheap direct attack. Though, Kaijus do that anyway with Slumber, so I guess that it's not that bad. Though, I would recommend making it only summonable by its own condition, that way you're not using Slumber to float into a more destructive version of Apoqliphort Towers.
