Effect: When this card is Xyz Summoned, you can negate the effects of all other monsters on the field. Once per turn, during either players turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card, then target up to 2 face-up monsters on the field, those monsters lose 800 ATK and DEF. Once per turn, during either players turn; You can discard 1 card, then target 1 face-up monster on the field, negate that monsters effects until the End Phase.

I think the card is a bit too overpowered. Negating the effects and debuffing stats is really powerful combination. But on the other hand, the attack is quite ok for a card with such ability. I think the best option would be having 3 Level 4 DARK monsters to perform a summoning and/or detaching 2 Xyz Materials during opponent's turn and 1 during controller's turn.
