Card Name: Kawaii Warrior

Level/Rank: 4 | Attribute: Earth | Type: Warrior

Effect: Once per turn, choose one monster with Kawaii in it's name from your side of the field, Until your next turn, that monster gains 1000 DEF points.

ATK: 1000/ DEF: 2000

Effect: Once per turn, choose one monster with Kawaii in it's name from your side of the field, until your next turn, that monster gains 1000 ATK points.

Effect: Once per turn, Sacrifice one monster with Kawaii in it's nane from your side of the field, Your opponent takes half of the sacrificed monster's ATK points as direct damage.

ATK: 500 /DEF: 1500

 

Card Name: Kawaii Sorcerer

Level/Rank: 4 | Attribute: Earth | Type: Spellcaster

Effect: Can only use once. Choose one Monster on the field that does not have Kawaii in it's name, untill your next turn, the chosen monster can not attack.

ATK: 1000/DEF: 1000

 

Card Name: Kawaii Emperor

Level/Rank: 4 | Attribute: Earth | Type: Warrior | Subtype: Xyz

Materials: 2 or more level 4 monsters with Kawaii in their names.

Effect: As long as there are monsters with Kawaii in their names on your side of the field other than Kawaii Emperor, This card can not be destroyed in battle. By using one Xyz material, you can instantly destroy any Level 5 or above monster on your opponent's side of the field.

ATK: 2500/DEF: 2500

So here's the problem. There effects are okay but, there is no real synergy between them. Decks like Madolches all have a common ability or a play style whereas these all have different effects. Along with that, it needs a way to Special Summon them easier since Normal Summoning them is a bit too slow now.

The "choose one monster"in your cards should be replaced with "target", since that's the most current terminology to refer to cards that select a specific card(s) on the field for an effect. To refer to a monster in an archetype within the card text, card effects read like 'target 1 "archetype name" monster/card' where the archetype name is in quotes to indicate the card is talking about cards with specific names. The word "points" is unnecessary when referring to card values or life. ATK, DEF, and LP are enough. 

 

Warrior: Once per turn, you can target one "Kawaii" monster on your side of the field and it gains 1000 DEF until the end of your next turn. 

Cerberus: Once per turn, you can target one "Kawaii" monster on your side of the field and it gains 1000 ATK until the end of your next turn.

Canon: Once per turn, you can target one "Kawaii" monster on your side of the field, and your opponent loses LP equal to half that monster's ATK.

Emperor: While you control at least one other  "Kawaii" monster", this card cannot be destroyed in battle. You can detach 2 Xyz materials; destroy 1 level 5 or higher monster your opponent controls. 

I would also change Emperor to needing 2 level 4 "Kawaii" monsters since rank 4s are the easiest to make, and being able to destroy 1 monster above level 4 (but not Xyz) would be pretty powerful. 

 

Warrior and Cerberus boost monsters up pretty high for normal summon monsters, but would probably only use their effects on themselves since both have the highest ATK and DEF of your cards. Or you could tribute Cerberus for Canon's effect. However, TheRocketCrafter is right. These cards would need some more help to play in a game. But it's hard to tell how they might work with so few monsters. The rank 4 pool is expansive and versatile, so these cards right now could make use of a lot of generic rank 4s like castel but there should still be some more monsters, and ideally spells and/or traps. It could also use a card to search cards from the archetype. If you want to add more cards, try to figure out how they would work together, and build the cards off that strategy.
