I created this deck, simply because Lord of the Rings Trilogy {Including Hobbit Series} Is one of my favorite Movie Series of all Time. So I wanted to create a Deck that could have a chance in being Competitive in Todays Format if it were a real Archetype.Will add more Support for the Archetype periodically as if more cards came out of a set. Also no Pictures for cards yet, but working on artwork. [spoiler=M.E]M.E BearerLIGHT / Warrior / Effect / Level 41700 ATK/500 DEFYou can only use the effect of "M.E Bearer" once per turn. You can discard 1 card from your hand to the graveyard to add one "M.E" Monster from your deck to your hand. If this card is discarded to the graveyard by the effect of a "M.E" card effect, You can target one "M.E" card in your graveyard other than "M.E Bearer" and add that card to your hand. You can Only use this effect of "M.E Bearer" Once per Turn.M.E GreenleafLIGHT / Warrior / Effect / Level 41700 ATK/800 DEFYou can only use the effect of "M.E Greenleaf" once per turn. You can discard 1 card from your hand to the graveyard, target one "M.E" card you control Destroy it, and if you do draw 1 card. If this card is discarded from your hand to the graveyard by an "M.E" card effect you can add one "M.E" Spell or trap card from your deck to your hand. You can only use this effect of "M.E Greenleaf" once per turn.M.E StriderLIGHT / Warrior / Effect / Level 41900 ATK/0 DEFIf all monsters you control are "M.E", you can special summon this monster from your hand in attack position. If summoned this way, you can target one spell/trap your opponent controls and destroy it. You only use this effect of "M.E Strider" once per turn. If this card is discarded to the graveyard by the effect of another "M.E" Card, you can target one Monster you control, it gains 300 attack for each "M.E" card currently on your side of the field till the end of this turn. You can only use this effect of "M.E Strider" once per turn.M.E GimliLIGHT / Warrior / Effect / Level 41900 ATK/1500 DEFOnce per turn you can special summon 1 "M.E" Monster from your hand or Graveyard. If this card battles an Opponents monster, you can discard 1 card to have this card gain 300 attack until the end of this turn. If this card is discarded to the graveyard by the effect of another "M.E" card effect, you can target one card your opponent controls and return it to the hand. You can only use each effect of "M.E Gimli" once per turn.M.E Captain of The White TowerLIGHT / Warrior / Effect / Level 20 ATK/1900 DEFYou can only use this effect of "M.E Captain of The White Tower" once per turn. You can tribute this card, discard 1 card and if you do special summon 1 "M.E" Monster from your deck or graveyard. Except for the turn this card was send to the graveyard, if you control an "M.E" Monster you can, shuffle this and another "M.E" card from your graveyard, then draw 1 card and then discard 1 card. You can only use this effect of "M.E Captain of the White Tower" Once per turn.M.E Grey PilgrimLIGHT / Spellcaster / Effect / Level 62400 ATK/1300 DEFCannot be Normal Summoned or Set. Must first be Special Summoned (from your hand) by revealing 2 "M.E" cards with different names from your hand. Your Opponent Cannot target any other "M.E" monsters you control by card effects except this one. During each of your End Phases, shuffle 1 card from your graveyard into your deck or destroy this card. You can only control 1 "M.E Grey Pilgrim"Dark Lord of The M.EDARK / Fiend / XYZ / Effect / Rank 42550 ATK/1650 DEF2 Level 4 monstersOnce per turn you can detach 1 xyz material from this card; reveal the top 3 cards of your deck and if there are any "M.E" Monsters among them, You can special summon 1 of them Ignoring it's Summoning Conditions, also it is unaffected by your opponents card effects this turn, but is destroyed at the end phase also place the rest of the cards on the bottom of your deck in any order. If this card is sent from the field to the graveyard by battle or by opponents card effect, you can add 1 "M.E" card from your graveyard to your hand.Amon AmarthSpell / FieldAll "M.E" Monsters on your side of the field gain 100 ATK and DEF for every "M.E" card you control. You can only use 1 effect of "Amon Amarth" per turn.* Discard 1 card to Draw 1 card* Special summon 1 level 4 or lower "M.E" monster from your deck, but destroy it during the end phase.M.E Windlance of WarSpell / QuickplayDiscard 1 "M.E" card to shuffle 1 card on the field. You can only activate 1 "M.E Windlance of War" Per turn. You can banish this card from the graveyard to add 1 "M.E" Card from your deck to your hand.M.E Siege TowersTrap / ContinuousOnce per turn you can Discard 1 "M.E" card from your hand to target one card your opponent controls and destroy it. When this card leaves the field you can special summon up to 2 "M.E" monsters from your graveyard, but destroy them at the end of your next end phase. You can only use this effect of "M.E Siege Towers" once per turn. [spoiler=Notes]Notes:As you may of Noticed if you read the Lore or just by looking at the Archetype, I'm a Huge Fan of Lord of the Rings, So the Archetype is dedicated around Middle-Earth. People and Places. Will Probably be Releasing a little more Support for the Deck. {Probably another Monster and few more Spells/Traps} Down the Road, but for now the Deck fairs pretty well on it's on. Being Competitive in it's own Sense. Towers is your Destruction, Being able to Discard another "M.E" Card to pop a Card on the field and get the effect of that "M.E" card if it was a Monster is very Reliable.Amon Amarth Gives all "M.E" Monsters on the Field a little 100 ATK/DEF Boost for every "M.E" Card you Control, as well as give you the chance to Pitch to draw or Special Summon.Wind lance gives you the Opportunity to Shuffle one card on the Field, without targeting which is a huge factor, and being able to banish it to Search it very good as well.Pilgrim Is a good way to keep your Monsters on board as well as replenish your deck by shuffling 1 card in at the end phase to keep your momentum going.White Tower is essentially like a red stone for the deck, allowing you to tribute and special summon, and then shuffle it along with another card to draw and pitch.Strider is your Back row Destroyer, being able to pop one spell/trap when its summoned is Huge in todays Meta, not to mention discarding it to give a monster you control a 300 ATK boost for each M.E Card you control also comes in handy.Bearer is Your Searcher for the deck, your stratos, being able to discard to add one M.E Monster from deck to hand is Great.While this deck is Competitive it still has it's downsides to playing against Suburb Meta Decks. If played Correctly, ABCS Could get rid of a Pilgrim you have on board and Dark Lord. Other Decks That Banish As well will Slow and hurt down this deck a lot as well. [spoiler=Playstyle]The Deck is pretty straight forward, commanding a good on field presence as well as hand and grave being able to Discard to do effect as well as then there discarded to use effects.The Deck is a Really good Rank 4 Spam Deck aswell, With Dark Lord being the Boss monster for the Deck currently, You could set up so many plays for an OTK.In testing with a couple of friends {Just printed out and made a Proxy Deck if you will} it copes fairly well against most decks. being Frogs is probably the Worst. But can fair against most decks and hold its ground.The Deck can holds its own Mid and Late game as well with being able to shuffle and recycle your graveyard to maintain a decent board.
