Monarch King
When your opponent Special Summons exactly 1 monster: You can Special Summon this card (from your hand) to your opponent's field in Defense Position by Tributing that monster. You can only use 1 "Cunning "C"" per turn.
drcrisis
Ridiculously overpowered as it is a hand trap with little counterplay that does nearly the same thing as black horn, which already sees play for being strong and can be negated. That because there are better cards (Solemn Strike is the best example). You can say that Cunning "C" is better than kaijus obviously because of its low stats, but overpowered? Using cards against difficult situations like Kirin, Alkahest, Dark Law, Toadally Awesome and soon Zoodiac Drancia looks fair and fine to me. Also there are Decks that would not cut Kaijus for this because sometimes they can use them as fodders for another cards like trade-in (see Darklords with Gameciel). EndUser
The fact that it's a Quick Tribute removal (and activates from your hand) makes it ideal, compared to cards like Snow Rabbit and Effect Veiler. Surely, all the other "C" monsters have their own big usefulness, but they all are more of less situational (with exception to Maxx). Cunning "C" is all but situational, instantly Tributing an opponent's monster and getting rid of anything you desire (and maybe stopping the opponent's plays too). Think of it like a tiny Kaiju, but with the killer factor of being a Quick Effect monster.
