Quick-Play. Discard one card. Take one random card from your opponents hand.

First, I assume that "take one random card" means that you add that card to your hand. Second, even tho the card you steal is chosen randomly, the effect seems quite powerful to me, especially if your opponent has a small number of cards on their hand. If you're unlucky, you just get something that isn't of much use. If you're lucky, however, you can not only get something powerful, but at the same time also ensure that your opponent does not have it. Since you'll propably discard something you don't need at the moment anyway, there's little to no risk. I'm not sure how to improve it, but maybe it would help to make the discarded card chosen randomly, too, or let your opponent choose which card they give you. However, I think you should propably wait until you get a second opinion on it, for I am not sure about this.
