Normal Spell Card

 

Special Summon 1 monster from your hand, Deck, Graveyard or that is banished, that cannot be Special Summoned, or that cannot be Summoned except by its own way, except "The Creator God of Light, Horakhty", ignoring its Summoning conditions. Cards and effects cannot be activated in response to this card's activation. When that monster is Special Summoned, cards and effects cannot be activated. The Special Summoned monster cannot attack, also it cannot activate its effects until the end of this Main Phase. If it leaves the field, or if it becomes an Xyz Material, your opponent wins the Duel. You can only use the effect of "It's all or nothing" once per Duel.

Basically, Summon ANYTHING you want from your entire Deck and try not to lose it (or you lose along with it :D ). For safety measures, its effects can't be activated during the Main Phase it is Summoned, so no OP surprises are to be expected. However, its continuous effects will still apply.

 

 

If anything, it's better than Relay Soul. Not a Trap Card, though, but who cares?
