Predator Flowerbed

I just made a Predaplant Deck recently, and I thought of some ideas based around their rather unique playstyle, so here's some things that I think will be able to fix some of their issues. I am unsure if the last two effects are a bit too much, I like both, but I can go without either one of them.

Once per turn, during your Standby Phase, pay 1000 LP or destroy this card. Once per turn, during damage calculation (in either player's turn), if a DARK monster you control battles an opponent's monster with an equal or lower Level than it: You can halve the opponent's monster's ATK and DEF until the end of the Damage Step. Once per turn, if a monster(s) with a Predator Counter leaves the field while you control this face-up card: Draw 1 card. If this card is sent from the field to the Graveyard: You can add 1 "Polymerization" from your Deck or Graveyard to your hand. During your Main Phase, you can Normal Summon 1 "Predaplant" monster in addition to your Normal Summon/Set (you can only gain this effect once per turn).
