Zarc ADS
Fairy / LIGHT / TunerLevel: 4ATK/DEF: 0/2000Effect: During either player's turn, at the start of the first turn of the Duel, you can send this card from your Deck or hand to your Graveyard, then reveal any number of non-Pendulum Normal Monsters in your hand; Return all of them to the bottom of your Deck in any order, then draw cards equal to the number of cards you returned (+1 if this card was sent from your hand to the Graveyard). Cards and effects cannot be activated in response to this effect's activation. You can only use this effect of "Nathalia" once per Duel. This card is also treated as a Normal Monster in any location. If you control a non-Pendulum Normal Monster: You can Special Summon this card (from your hand or Graveyard), and if you do, you can make this card level become equal to the number of other Non-Pendulum Normal Monsters you control. You can only use this effect of "Nathalia" once per turn.
TF2_The_Scout
40 normal monsters+1 Exodia the Forbidden One. That is the first immediate thing that comes to mind when I think of this card. I think this card could use a limit on how many monsters it can reveal, that way you can't practically draw your entire deck first turn. Wait, how did I possibly read that wrong? I thought it said to reveal monsters from the deck somehow. Um, good for draw power, sure then. *hides in the corner* Anyway, I'm having a hard time thinking of much decks that play normal monsters nowadays. I know that lswarms play 2 of the normal one and a Rescue Rabbit and Blue-Eyes and Red-Eyes play the vanilla, but besides that, there's not much else I can think of.
