Dragon Stuff

So Chaos dragon's is a really good rogue deck, but i though, why not make it atlas tier 1?? So i tried to make 2 cards that would make this deck better, and came up with some dank synchro's. Watch think?

 

1 Tuner + 1 or more Non-Tuner's

 

When this card is Synchro Summoned, you can send 1 Dragon-Type Monster from your Deck to the Graveyard. Once per Turn, during the battle phase: If your opponent activates a card or effect that targets or destroy's a Dragon-Type Monster you control, you can send this monster you control to the Graveyard, Special Summon 1 Dragon-Type Monster from your Graveyard who's level is less than this monster's level.

When this card is Synchro Summoned, you can send 1 Dragon-Type Monster from your Deck to the Graveyard. Once per Turn, during the battle phase: If you Special Summon a Dragon-Type Monster from your Graveyard, all Dragon-Type Monster's you control gain ATK and DEF equal to the level of the Summoned monster x200. If this card is sent to the Graveyard, you can Special Summon 1 Dragon-Type Monster from your Graveyard.

I like the cards, and I'll get to what I like about them in a second, but first, your spelling is driving me nuts - the apostrophes that shouldn't be there are especially annoying. Unless I'm mistaken, the cards should read:

 

Starlight Shock Dragon

1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner Monsters

When this card is Synchro Summoned: You may send 1 Dragon-Type Monster from your Deck to your Graveyard. Once per turn, during the Battle Phase, If your opponent activates a card or effect that targets or destroys a Dragon-Type Monster you control: You may send this Face-Up card you control to the Graveyard; Special Summon 1 Dragon-Type Monster with a lower Level than this Monster's Level from your Graveyard.

 

Galaxy Titan Dragon

1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner Monsters

When this card is Synchro Summoned: You may send 1 Dragon-Type Monster from your Deck to your Graveyard. Once per turn, during the Battle Phase, if you Special Summon a Dragon-Type Monster from your Graveyard: All Dragon-Type Monsters you control gain ATK and DEF equal to the Level of the Summoned Monster times 200. If this card is sent to the Graveyard: You can Special Summon 1 Dragon-Type Monster from your Graveyard.

 

Now for what I think of each card.

SSD: If you're trying to do something in response to your opponent triggering Mirror Force, you've worded the effect wrong - it should read "an effect that targets or destroys a Dragon-Type Monster(s) you control" to allow for full-Field cards that destroy but don't target multiple Monsters. I would probably also make it Level 8 so you can float it into an already destroyed GTD.

GTD: I see fun Felgrand builds materializing around this card, but the way the effect is worded makes it just loop itself infinitely until Dark Law or Macro Cosmos or Dimensional Fissure comes along and stops it. To prevent this, the effect should read "You can Special Summon 1 Dragon-Type Monster from your Graveyard, except "Galaxy Titan Dragon:". As mentioned above, you can still run loops by making SSD Level 8 so that it can summon GTD, then when GTD is sent away it gets SSD back out and etc. etc.
