This archetype is obviously split up into two. There are the Wishmakers and the Wishgranters.

Wishmaker - Hysaga the Reflection of Wishes

LIGHT Aqua Level 4

1700/500

Effect: Once per turn: You can discard 1 "Wishgranter" monster; add 1 "Wishmaker" or "Wishgranter" monster from your Deck to your hand. During the End Phase, if a "Wishgranter" monster is sent to the Graveyard this turn: You can send 1 "Wishgranter" monster from your Deck to the Graveyard. You can only use this effect of "Wishmaker - Hysaga the Reflection of Wishes" once per turn.

 

Wishmaker - Kurai the Reflection of Desire

LIGHT Aqua Level 2 Tuner

Effect: You can send 1 Spell Card from your hand to the Graveyard; immediately after this effect resolves, Fusion Summon 1 "Wishmaker" Fusion Monster from your Extra Deck, by banishing the Fusion Material listed on that monster from your hand, field, or Graveyard. During the End Phase, if you banished a "Wishgranter" monster this turn: You can Special Summon 1 "Wishmaker" monster from your Deck. You can only use this effect of "Wishmaker - Kurai the Reflection of Desire" once per turn.

 

Wishmaker - Iilea the Reflection of Regression

Effect: If you control no monsters: You can banish 1 "Wishgranter" monster from your Graveyard; Special Summon this card from your hand or Graveyard. During the End Phase, if you banished a "Wishgranter" monster this turn: You can draw 1 card, and if it is a "Wishgranter" monster, you can discard it. You can only use this effect of "Wishmaker - Iilea the Reflection of Regression" once per turn.

 

Wishmaker - Phiri the Reflection of Innocence

LIGHT Aqua Level 4

Effect: Once per turn: You can send 1 "Wishgranter" monster from your Deck to the Graveyard; Special Summon 1 "Wishmaker" monster from your Graveyard, except "Wishmaker - Phiri the Reflection of Innocence". During the End Phase, if a "Wishgranter" monster is sent to the Graveyard this turn: You can banish 1 "Wishgranter" monster from your Graveyard; immediately after this effect resolves, Ritual Summon 1 of your banished "Wishgranter" monsters by tributing monsters from your hand or field whose Level is equal to or more than the banished Ritual Monster. You can only use this effect of "Wishmaker - Phiri the Reflection of Innocence" once per turn.

Wishgranter - Vyros the Reflection of Mankind

Effect: This card can be Ritual Summoned using a "Wishmaking" Ritual Spell Card. Once per turn, during either player's turn: You can reveal 1 "Wishmaker" monster from your hand; for the rest of this turn, this card gains the revealed monster's effects. If this card is banished: You can target 1 "Wishmaker" monster and 1 "Wishgranter" monster in your Graveyard; Special Summon the first target, then add the second target to your hand. You can only use this effect of "Wishgranter - Vyros the Reflection of Mankind" once per turn.

 

Wishgranter - Dualis the Reflection of Thoughts

LIGHT Aqua Level 7 Ritual

Effect: This card can be Ritual Summoned using a "Wishmaking" Ritual Spell Card. When this card is Ritual Summoned: You can return all other face-up monsters on the field to the hand. Your opponent must pay 100 LP x the monster's Level to Special Summon a monster. If this card is sent to the Graveyard: You can target 1 "Wishmaker" monster you control and 1 "Wishmaker" monster in your Graveyard, shuffle the first target into your Deck, then Special Summon the second target. You can only use this effect of "Wishgranter - Dualis the Reflection of Thoughts" once per turn.

 

Wishgranter - Ruan the Reflection of Beginnings

LIGHT Aqua Level 6 Ritual

1800/800

Effect: This card can be Ritual Summoned using a "Wishmaking" Ritual Spell Card. Once per turn: You can banish 1 "Wishmaker" or "Wishgranter" monster from your hand or Graveyard, then target 1 card you control and target 1 card your opponent controls; banish them. If this card is banished: You can shuffle 2 of your banished "Wishmaking" or "Wish Binding" Spell/Trap Cards to your Deck, then draw 1 card. You can only use this effect of "Wishgranter - Ruan the Reflection of Beginnings" once per turn.

Wishmaking Contract

Ritual Spell Card

Effect: This card can be used to Ritual Summon any "Wishgranter" Ritual Monster from your hand or Graveyard. Tribute monsters from your hand or field, then Ritual Summon 1 "Wishgranter" Ritual Monster whose Levels is equal to or less than the total Levels of those monsters. During the End Phase, if you control a "Wishmaker" monster while this card is in your Graveyard: You can banish both this card and 1 "Wishmaker" or "Wishgranter" monster you control; draw 2 cards. You can only use this effect of "Wishmaking Contract" once per turn.

 

Wishmaking Trial

Ritual Spell Card

Effect: This card can be used to Ritual Summon any "Wishgranter" Ritual Monster from your hand or Graveyard. Tribute monsters from your hand or field, then Ritual Summon 1 "Wishgranter" Ritual Monster whose Level is equal to or less than the total Levels of those monsters, and if you do, send 1 Ritual Monster from your Deck to the Graveyard. During the End Phase, if you banished a "Wishmaker" or "Wishgranter" monster this turn, while this card is in your Graveyard: You can banish this card; destroy 1 card on the field.

 

Wishmaking Progression

Ritual Spell Card

Effect: This card can be used to Ritual Summon any "Wishgranter" Ritual Monster from your hand or Graveyard. Tribute monsters from your hand or field, then Ritual Summon 1 "Wishgranter" Ritual Monster whose Level is equal to or less than the total Levels of those monsters, then you can Special Summon 1 "Wishmaker" monster from your Extra Deck, ignoring its summoning conditions, and if you do, take damage equal to its original ATK. Also, it cannot attack and banish it during the End Phase.

 

Wish Binding - Innocence of Desires

Normal Spell Card

Effect: Return 1 "Wishmaker" monster you control to your hand; send 1 "Wishgranter" monster from your Deck to your Graveyard, then Special Summon 1 of your banished "Wishmaker" monster. You can only use 1 "Wish Binding - Innocence of Desires" per turn.

 

Wish Binding - Wishes of Regression

Normal Spell Card

Effect: If you activated a "Wishmaking" Ritual Spell Card this turn: You can send 1 card from your hand to the Graveyard, then target 2 of your banished cards; shuffle those targets into your Deck, and if you do, draw 1 card. You can only use 1 "Wish Binding - Wishes of Regression" per turn.

Wishmaker - Hysaga the Reflection of Fulfillment

LIGHT Aqua Level 8 Fusion

2800/1200

Effect: 1 "Wishmaker" monster + 1 "Wishgranter" monster

When this card is Fusion Summoned: You can Special Summon 1 Ritual Monster from your hand or Graveyard, ignoring its Summoning conditions. This card can make a second attack during each Battle Phase. If this card is sent to the Graveyard: You can add 1 "Wish Binding" Spell/Trap Card from your Deck to your hand. You can only use this effect of "Wishmaker - Hysaga the Reflection of Fulfillment" once per turn.

 

Wishmaker - Iilea the Reflection of Reversion

LIGHT Aqua Level 9 Fusion

2000/2700

Effect: 1 "Wishmaker" monster + 1 "Wishgranter" monster

When this card is Fusion Summoned: You can Set all other cards on the field, and if you do, this card gains 200 ATK for each card Set this way. Once per turn: You can target 1 Set card your opponent controls; declare a card name, then reveal it, and if it is that declared card, inflict 1500 damage to your opponent.

 

Wishmaker - Kurai the Reflection of Lust

LIGHT Aqua Level 6 Synchro Tuner

1800/2300

Effect: 1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters

When this card is Synchro Summoned: You can add 1 of your banished "Wishmaking" Ritual Spell Card to your hand. During the End Phase, if a card is banished while you control a "Wishgranter" monster: You can add 1 of your banished "Wishmaker" or "Wishgranter" monster to your hand. You can only use each effect of "Wishmaker - Kurai the Reflection of Lust" once per turn.
