Anyway, due to a lack of generic scale 9 Pendulums I gave it a way it can summon itself from the hand and Extra Deck, at the cost of two monster. All the effects have something to do with the number 8, whether it changing ATK, the level or inflicting damage. The name I mainly composed using the Roman Numerals for 800 and a random name generator. The scales are uneven as it is something I want to experiment with at some point so why not start now. Well it took me around 3 years 8 months to reach 800 posts, so I should reach legendary status in around 40 years, working out I post in sections with post count, on average, 214 times a year. Anyway CnC and so forth, as I promptly stop making cards for another few months.
MUDKIPISAWESOME!!!
I like this card, but it could stand to be cleaned up a little as far as sentence structure - namely, the Pendulum Effect should say "...If this card in your Pendulum Zone is destroyed: Target one Monster your opponent controls; it loses 800 ATK." and the Monster Effect should I assume say "...If this card attacks a Special Summoned Monster: Destroy it, also, inflict 800 damage to your opponent." because I'm assuming you want your opponent to take the damage whether or not the Monster is destroyed. This card does some fun things, especially with Metalfoes: Set Scale 1-9 -> Pendulum Summon multiple Monsters (4 including at least one Level 8 Monster for best efficiency) -> Change a Monster to Level 8 -> Use other Scale to Destroy Yuuko and Set Metalfoes Spell/Trap -> Trigger Yuuko to weaken big boss bad guy -> Tribute two Monsters for Yuuko -> Xyz Summon something epic like Hope Harbinger with the changed Monster and Yuuko/other Level 8 Monster -> Do more fun stuff.Do you mind PM-ing me the pic? I want to use it for something as well and I don't have access to Pixiv.

The image will have to wait until around midnight/1 am GMT as my internet is terrible most of the time after 9 am, and I don't think I'll stumble across it again. That and I'm not willing to browse my recommended over lunch even with the mature filter on. For the applications, I've never really played Metalfoes aside form messing around for a bit when they were first released so I can't comment that much on that application. Mainly made the card to start messing around with cards with different L/R scales.
MUDKIPISAWESOME!!!
Different Scales is good - I've been wondering when Konami will get around to doing it, because there's no reason for them to make there be two differently colored Scale Boxes if they're only ever going to give everyone two of the same Scale. Knowing them, they'll botch it up by giving it to a bunch of really bad Performapal cards so they can have it in the show.Basically, Metalfoes + most other Archetypes = good. They make for a good Kozmo deck, a good Yang Zing deck, heck, they apparently make a decent Mecha Phantom Beast deck. It's mostly because they're a fairly generic Archetype of 1/8 Scales.
