Effect:
Cannot be Special Summoned. Requires "lswarm" Tributes to Normal Summon (cannot be Normal Set). During either player's Main Phase, if this card is in your hand: You can activate this effect; immediately after this effect resolves, Tribute Summon this card (this is a Quick Effect). When this card is Tribute Summoned: Inflict damage to your opponent equal to the total original ATK of all the monsters in your Graveyard that were used as Tributes for its Summon. Cards and effects cannot be activated in response to this effect's activation, except "Infestation" Spell/Trap Cards and the effects of "lswarm" monsters.

 

Basically, a Steelswarm monster that can actually work with Evilswarms, because Konami didn't think that was a good idea.
